The Windsor Professional Centre prides itself in its selection of specialised clinical and registered psychologists allowing us to assess and treat the full range of psychological needs.
Our expertise include the mental health needs of children and adolescents, adults and the elderly. We offer assessment and treatment for all outpatient and community psychological needs. Our team can assist with Workers Compensation claims, medico-legal reporting, intelligence testing, assessing learning difficulties and neuropsychological investigations as well as pre-liability assessments.

PRINCIPAL CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Sean Fraser has worked in New Zealand and Sydney’s CBD and is now the Principal Clinical Psychologist at the Windsor Professional Centre.
His area of focus is adult clinical psychology, with expertise and over 15 years experience in treating PTSD, depression, eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, relationship counseling and grief counseling. Sean also provides medico-legal reporting and has a large Workers Compensation, Defence and Third-Party insurance client base.
In addition to a Masters with Honours in psychology and ongoing skill development, Sean has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching Practice. He is a registered to provide clinical services for Medicare, VVCS, DVA, Defence and WorkCover. Sean is a Clinically endorsed member of the Australian Psychological Society and a member of The International Association of Applied Psychology, as well as an accredited supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia.
Tony Ritchie is a consultant psychologist with a broad range of experience providing counselling for children, adolescents, and adults.
Tony completed his training at Macquarie University, is a registered Medicare provider, and an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Tony has been established in the Hawkesbury area for 8 years where he has worked as a part of the team at Hawkesbury Hospital and is now enjoying working in a busy private practice. Tony is also a consultant to a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation program.
Tony has extensive experience in providing psychological treatments for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, family relationship difficulties, posttraumatic stress disorder, bereavement, and self-esteem issues.
Tony particularly enjoys working with young people and their families.
Alex Weber is a consultant psychologist and a registered Medicare provider, Workcover provider and Veterans Counseling Service Provider. Alex is an Associate member of the Australian Psychological Society. Alex has been established in the Hawkesbury area for 5 years where she has worked in a community mental health team and is now working in private practice.
Alex has extensive experience in providing psychological treatments for children, adolescents and adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and family relationship difficulties. Alex also enjoys working with defence members and their families.
Alex offers assessment and intervention for Autism Spectrum Disorder, in line with funding requirements as well as IQ and achievement assessments.
Renee is a Clinical Psychologist with broad experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families to assist them to address a range of problems including post-natal anxiety and depression, academic or work progress, sleep concerns, emotional or behavioural concerns, stress, anxiety and depression, self-esteem and assertiveness concerns, chronic health and disability related issues, drug or alcohol addiction, separation and other relationship difficulties. Renee also has experience running parenting programs and groups anxiety and depression and alcohol and drug use.
Renee’s professional interests include working with individuals with disability or chronic health conditions and their families, and neuropsychological assessments. She has over three years of experience in assessing individuals to investigate a wide range of concerns including developmental, social and emotional functioning, academic performance, cognition and executive functioning, and memory.
Renee is a member of the Australian Psychological Society College of Clinical Psychologists and is registered as a Clinical Psychologist with Medicare.
John McGee is a Clinical Psychologist with experience providing evidence-based assessment and treatment to children, adolescents and adults suffering from a wide range of psychological disorders. This includes assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, child behaviour problems, autism spectrum disorders and ADHD. John is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and a registered Medicare and Workcover NSW provider.
John is particularly interested in providing assessments and interventions for psychological problems that impact on the lives of children, their families and their social, emotional and educational development.
